About the Discussion
If you build it, they will come; however, if you buy it, you could save some funds. Every project is different; otherwise, buying the finished project would be the way to go. However, there are out of the box open source data science platforms but typically they, require some degree of understanding and are insufficient for large complicated projects. On the other hand, when looking to build large data science projects, depending on the complexity, feature creep, integration issues, etc, projects can quickly exceed estimated costs. The good news is, it doesn’t have to be one or the other. With proper planning, needs assessment, and specific goals, both large and small projects can be achieved efficiently and cost-effectively. We will explore these issues in this episode of DM Radio!
